Position Summary:

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Production Supervisor, in hopes of strengthening their operations team. They are located in the (West Region) - 2 Ways Company Transport at clementi MRT.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri | 3.30pm to 12am (fixed)
Junior: $4k max + Daily Shift Allowance
Senior: $6.5k max + Daily Shift Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shopfloor activities and coordinate manpower allocation to meet production schedules and output targets.

• Support the Production Manager in managing production operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Plan and optimize resource utilization using lean manufacturing principles.

• Address operational issues such as material shortages, bottlenecks, and equipment or staffing constraints.

• Maintain and update operational documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.

• Ensure production areas meet housekeeping and organization standards.

• Monitor indirect material stock levels to ensure continuity of operations.

• Track production waste and initiate internal processes for disposition and corrective actions.

• Compile production data, track KPIs, and prepare periodic operational performance reports.

• Participate in safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies.

• Drive initiatives related to process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in supervising production operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of production planning, workflow control, and shopfloor management.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline with relevant supervisory experience.

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) will be advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead coverage of the Information Technology (IT) sector, focusing primarily on companies listed in the United States and Europe. Based in Singapore, this individual will work closely with the firm’s US/EU investment team and assume responsibility for idea generation, research, and portfolio management within the IT sector. The role offers significant autonomy over stock picking, position sizing and sector positioning—effectively functioning as a sector portfolio manager—while remaining aligned with the team’s collaborative investment process. Our investment horizon tends to be longer term and eschews excessive portfolio turnover or short-term trading.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed fundamental research on IT companies across all hardware and software sub-sectors, including semiconductors, infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies.
• Develop high-conviction investment ideas supported by comprehensive financial analysis, valuation modelling, and industry insight.
• Manage and actively adjust IT sector exposures within the common portfolio, encompassing stock initiation, position sizing, ongoing monitoring and eventual exits, balancing conviction with disciplined risk management.
• Monitor global technology trends, competitive dynamics, and macro/regulatory developments affecting sector fundamentals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in equity research or portfolio management, with a strong track record covering the Information Technology sector.
• Deep sector understanding across both hardware and software industries; familiarity with global leaders and high-growth innovators in the US and European markets.
• Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable investment decisions and manage sector exposures within a broader portfolio context.
• Ideally experience in a long only, benchmark relative framework
• Strong analytical, valuation, and modelling skills, coupled with sound judgment and communication ability.
• Collaborative mindset consistent with a team-based investment culture.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA charterholder or advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

• Perform pre-procedure assessment and admission of patients undergoing endoscopy procedures

• Prepare and set up endoscopy equipment and instruments (e.g. OGD, colonoscopy, cystoscopy)

• Assist doctors during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout

• Administer and monitor sedation/medications (for Registered Nurses)

• Perform cannulation and venepuncture as required

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition during and after procedures

• Provide post-procedure care and recovery monitoring, including patient education

• Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and reprocessing of endoscopes using washer reprocessors

• Maintain accurate documentation and traceability records for all scopes and equipment

• Valid SNB
• Min Dip in Nursing
