We are seeking a Marketing Lead to own and scale the full marketing engine of Innerwork Circle — driving consistent lead generation, strategic collaborations, outreach initiatives, and revenue growth across both mass market offerings and premium 5-figure transformational programs.
Mission of the Role
Own and scale the end-to-end marketing and outreach system of Innerwork Circle to generate qualified leads, expand strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across all offerings.
This role is responsible for building marketing systems that convert both:
- Mass market audiences (volume + reach campaigns)
- Premium high-ticket clients (5-figure transformational programs)
You will directly impact business revenue by ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads, strategic collaborations, and partnership-driven opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation, Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive all lead generation strategies across digital channels, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Build scalable marketing systems that consistently generate qualified leads into the business.
- Design and optimise funnels for both mass market entry offers and premium high-ticket programs.
- Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, conversion readiness, and revenue alignment.
- Continuously test and improve acquisition channels for ROI and scalability.
2. Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic collaborations that expand brand reach and lead generation.
- Build partnerships with:
-Founder and entrepreneur communities
-Media platforms and creators
-Wellness, leadership, and personal development ecosystems
-Event collaborators and cultural partners - Drive co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and cross-promotional initiatives.
- Leverage partnerships to increase both mass audience exposure and premium client acquisition.
- Negotiate and structure collaboration agreements that align with revenue goals.
3. Outreach & Community Expansion
- Lead proactive outreach efforts to grow Innerwork Circle’s ecosystem of founders, leaders, and high-performing individuals.
- Drive outbound campaigns including direct outreach, community engagement, and event-based acquisition.
- Build and manage pipelines of communities, organisations, and networks for engagement and conversion.
- Represent Innerwork Circle in selected communities, events, and networking spaces.
- Convert outreach efforts into leads, partnerships, and event attendance.
4. Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Build integrated funnels that move audiences from:Content → Events → Programs → Premium Transformation Offers
- Ensure alignment between mass audience campaigns and premium conversion pathways.
- Optimise landing pages, messaging, and funnel architecture for conversion performance.
5. Mass Market & Premium Offer Marketing
- Create and manage campaigns that attract high-volume audiences (mass market) through content, ads, and events.
- Design positioning and campaigns that convert high-intent, premium 5-figure clients.
- Balance brand storytelling with performance marketing across both segments.
- Ensure clear segmentation of messaging for different audience tiers.
6. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Oversight
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Optimise campaigns for lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage budgets, targeting strategies, creatives, and scaling decisions.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns for performance improvement.
7. Funnel Optimisation & Conversion Strategy
- Own conversion performance across all funnels, landing pages, and acquisition flows.
- Improve lead capture rates, booking rates, and sales conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales team to refine messaging, scripts, and offer positioning.
- Ensure seamless user journey from awareness to enrollment.
8. Analytics, Reporting & Growth Insights
- Track and analyse marketing and outreach performance across all channels.
- Monitor KPIs including leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and revenue impact.
- Provide weekly insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities across marketing, partnerships, and outreach channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong track record of driving lead generation and revenue through marketing systems.
- Experience managing both:Mass market campaigns (high volume, awareness-driven)Premium/high-ticket funnels (conversion-driven, 5-figure offers)
- Strong experience in collaboration building and strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to execute outreach campaigns that generate leads, partnerships, or event attendance.
- Strong understanding of funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with paid ads platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong copywriting and campaign messaging ability.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in coaching, education, events, wellness, or transformation industries.
- Experience working with founder-led or personal brand businesses.
- Experience managing both organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Familiarity with high-ticket funnels and premium offer positioning.
- Experience scaling startups or high-growth businesses.
- Strong network-building or community-building experience.
