The Role

You will work closely with homeowners to shape their spaces - from initial conversations to execution.

• Welcome clients at our showroom and introduce our products
• Understand clients’ lifestyle, spatial needs, and design preferences
• Develop layout concepts and drawings using SketchUp (no CAD detailed drawings needed)
• Guide clients through the design journey from concept to confirmation
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth execution

• Able to communicate effectively in both English & Mandarin to coordinate with our counterparts in China

Nanyang Associate Professorship (NAP)

Young and research-intensive, Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) is ranked among the world’s top universities. The Nanyang Associate Professorship scheme provides the opportunity for outstanding early career researchers and exceptional scholars from Singapore and around the world, who aspire to a research leadership role at NTU. Successful NAP awardees will be given a tenure-track Associate Professor appointment and granted a substantial start-up grant (SUG) to lay the foundation for their research ventures within the university.

NTU invites outstanding early-career researchers (postdoctoral fellow or equivalent) to apply for an appointment as a Nanyang Associate Professor. Eligibility criteria

• Applicants must be early career researchers, holding a PhD or MD or equivalent degree, obtained within the last 10 years.
• A strong track record of early achievements and the potential to lead an independent research group are required.
• Selected candidates must be committed to taking up an independent research appointment at NTU.
• Clinician scientists engaged in translational and/or clinical science, encompassing areas such as bench-to-bedside research, clinical trials, epidemiology, digital health, health services research, and interventional studies in any medical discipline, are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Process and review payables and receivables, acting primarily as checker to ensure payment accuracy, completeness and compliance before processing, and update the relevant accounting systems.

• Liaise with the Settlements team for processing of trade invoices

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation and following up on outstanding reconciling items
