Role Overview

Our client, a large hedge fund who manages assets around USD5bn, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join their Operations team, with a primary focus on investor-related matters and supporting the sales function. The role will involve day-to-day investor servicing, data management, reporting, and coordination across various stakeholders and platforms to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and follow through on investor issues and service requests to ensure effective resolution.
