As an Associate Director in Project Management, you will lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, governance, and execution, ensuring projects meet client expectations, quality standards, and budgetary targets. Team Leadership & Development

Financial Oversight

• Manage invoicing processes using D-365, including:
  • Reviewing and validating invoice data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely submission and approval.
  • Tracking invoice status and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with client billing requirements and internal financial controls.

Construction Oversight

• • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress, ensuring alignment with design intent, statutory requirements, and project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and site teams to proactively identify and resolve construction issues.
  • Manage permitting processes and statutory submissions to ensure timely approvals.

Business Development

• • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client presentations, and market engagement to support growth and positioning.

As a General Helper, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the Student Care Centre, perform kitchen duties, and support a safe, welcoming environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to children following hygiene standards to ensure safe meal distribution
• Wash dishes and utensils thoroughly to maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Clean and organize the kitchen area to uphold sanitary conditions
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wipe, and sanitize all premises to maintain a clean environment
• Clean and maintain toilets and shower areas to ensure hygiene and safety
• Clean common appliances and furniture to keep the Centre tidy and functional
• Collect and dispose of waste and rubbish daily to maintain cleanliness
• Work independently and efficiently to complete assigned housekeeping tasks

Working Hours

• School Days: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• School Holidays: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm (Time may be adjusted depending on needs)

Benefits Meals provided

Salary: $2600-$2800
Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 days)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Answering customers’ enquiry on products through phone, emails, faxes, or walk-in customers.
• Preparation of quotation.
• Processing the orders and generate Sales Orders.
• Liaise via phone and email to local & overseas customers on delivery schedule.
• Scheduling & keep tracking of shipment for overseas customers.
• Prepare packing list, delivery orders for deliveries to local and overseas customers.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder
• Preferably with sales experience in Fire Fighting Equipment.
