We are seeking a Contracts Administrator (Electrical) to support contract administration functions for ongoing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing contractual correspondence, supporting variation and claims documentation, and ensuring proper administration of contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and issue contractual letters and formal correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of Variation Orders (VOs) and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
• Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings for compliance
• Track contractual obligations, deadlines and submission timelines
• Liaise with project teams, engineers and stakeholders on contract-related matters
• Maintain proper records of all contractual documents and correspondence
• Follow up on outstanding contractual issues and responses

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions in a retail environment. The candidate will be involved in daily sales reconciliation, bank matching, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Reconcile daily POS sales from multiple retail outlets

• Verify and tally sales records with supporting documents

• Reconcile cash, card, and e-wallet collections with bank statements

• Monitor and follow up on discrepancies in sales and collections

• Maintain and update AR worksheets and reconciliation reports

• Handle selected outlets as in-charge for sales tracking and reporting

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Prepare and process payment vouchers accurately

• Perform bank login and execute payments (suppliers, expenses, etc.)

• Ensure proper documentation and approvals before payments

• Maintain AP records and update payment schedules

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in retail AR & AP is preferred

Familiar with POS systems and sales reconciliation

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsible,organized, and able to meet deadlines

Willing to work overtime when required

• Formulate, design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards.

• Support the Scrum master/Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.

Job Description & Requirements

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business development, focused on developing new customers, improving our product sales and enhancing customer engagement within the assigned region. The key sectors include but not limited to Precision Engineering, Semi-Conductor, Oil and Gas, Electronics and Aerospace. The role requires diligent prospecting effort, customer relationships, timely response to enquiries, and alignment with corporate quality and compliance standards. This position works closely with the business units as well as QA and Operation teams to ensure market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
• Support the Business Units in market development initiatives in the Asian (including South Asia and MENA) region. Requires extensive travelling (approximately 80% in the initial period).

• Identify, forecast, and pursue sales opportunities. Grow the Company's business in the assigned area through prospecting new customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen the relationship with customers and provide updated market intelligence to management.

Qualificationsand Skills

•      Atleast 2 years of working experience is necessary.
