Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This role will support full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, operations, training, compliance, and employee engagement.

1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings on MyCareersFuture (Fair Consideration Framework compliance), internship programmes, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, organisation chart updates, and HRIS maintenance.

• Liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to address hiring needs.

• Facilitate seamless pre- and post-onboarding and orientation programmes.

• Support HR compliance with Singapore's Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices etc.

• Ensure proper documentation and secure filing for all HR records.

• Support audit readiness for internal and external HR compliance reviews.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Assist in organising employee engagement activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

• Support staff welfare initiatives aligned with Japanese corporate culture (e.g., team bonding, annual events).

• Coordinate with relevant departments on employee communication and feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirement

1. Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

2. Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (for Executive Level) or 5+ years (for Senior Executive Level).

• Shipping, logistics, or maritime-related industry experience.

• Familiarity with Japanese corporate work culture is a strong advantage (but not a must).

3. Technical & Professional Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/ she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. He/she also collaborates and establishes relationships with volunteers, grassroots organisations, and community partners to fulfil MINDS' vision of outreach and serving the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore through the centre's operations. 1. Clinical Management

Manage a caseload of routine and standard cases with proficiency and independence through the following:
