JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for the success of the outlet and oversee our F&B operations the retail outlet.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

· Lead and manage operation team, front and back-of-house staffs across the assigned retail outlet to deliver high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic.

The Management Trainee leads the daily operational and financial excellence of the outlet by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards. Manpower

• Assist to forecast resource and manpower needs

• Conduct on-site orientation which includes safety and hygiene, and on-the-job training for new employees
