The Programme Executive conducts programmes to suit the needs of service users in CampusImpact and coordinates these programmes. He/She identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures and develops information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers. The Programme Executive plans the manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. He/She coordinates with other organisations to execute programmes, manages communications and feedback from stakeholders and conducts outreach activities to other organisations and the community.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Support the programmes team to strategically plan, organise and execute programmes and activities for the clients of CampusImpact
2. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes in CampusImpact, which includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies.
3. To connect with clients, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the clients. 
4. Implement quality control and compliance procedures, particularly for the physical and psychological safety of our service users, many of whom are young children 
5. Work closely with volunteers so that events and programmes can meet client needs while also meeting volunteers’ goals 
6. Conduct intake, training and coordination with volunteers in executing programme activities. Ensure provision of support during programmes and strive to maintain a positive experience for volunteers.
7. To manage or liaise with stakeholders, which includes clients, parents, volunteers and community partners. 
8. Interviewing and matching of potential volunteers to clients. 
9. Conduct periodic needs, process and outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of our programmes 
10. Ensure proper documentation, data management and record keeping 
11. Perform any other administrative duties or logistical support as required 

1. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes in CampusImpact, which includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies.

2. To interact with the students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration through positive mentoring support for students.

3. To connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.

4. To observe, identify and listen out for some of the key needs of the students.

5. To provide para-counselling support for students who have been identified with potential issues. If deemed necessary, the students will be referred for appropriate interventions.

6. To plan and conduct programmes customised to students' needs and integrated to CampusImpact's efforts in character developmenet in consultation with the Programme Executive and leadership team at CampusImpact.

7. To manage or liaise with stakeholders, which includes beneficiaries, volunteers and parents.

8. To act in all respects according to the reasonable instructions and directions given to you by the leadership team at CampusImpact.

9. You shall abide to all legal and appropriate directions, rules and practices set out in the constitution of CampusImpact and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
