We are seeking a reliable and organised Packing, Warehouse & Delivery Assistant to support our operations by ensuring all lesson materials are well-prepared, maintained, and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare educational materials and lesson kits for classes, camps, and workshops
• Receive, unpack, and organise returned materials
• Clean, check, and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for use
• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure warehouse space is clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with the delivery team for scheduling of dispatch and collection
• Prepare shopping lists and flag low-stock or damaged items
• Assist with procurement and restocking of materials

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and follow established processes
