Role Summary:

The Service Operations Assistant is the backbone of the service department, ensuring that field engineers have the parts and certified tools they need for daily operations. We are seeking a reliable and organised Packing, Warehouse & Delivery Assistant to support our operations by ensuring all lesson materials are well-prepared, maintained, and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare educational materials and lesson kits for classes, camps, and workshops
• Receive, unpack, and organise returned materials
• Clean, check, and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for use
• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure warehouse space is clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with the delivery team for scheduling of dispatch and collection
• Prepare shopping lists and flag low-stock or damaged items

ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
