• Assist in mobilization and preparation of site, set up site office, store and project signboard.
• Study and understand the scope of works, carry out pre-conditional survey of site, pre-work measurement.
• Make arrangement for preliminary works; (eg. cable detection by LEW, trial hole, survey setting out, etc.)
• Assist Project Manager in monitor the progress of the project & coordinate the various trade of works to be carried out, (eg. to arrange the correct sequence of works).

• Assess sub con / supplier claim by providing detail measurements for Project Manager verifications.
• Attend to complaints from residents.

• Compile materials for approval

Requirments

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level and/or Technical Certification from recognized institute
• Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries or no experience but keen to learn attitude
• Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin
• Preferably possessed Class 3 license
• Able to work independently
• Able to work as a team
• With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points

As a Senior Android Engineer, you would be responsible for shipping the direct customer touch points on one of Wise's most impactful products and highest growth products.

You will drive the technical execution of our mobile product, working closely with backend, frontend, and product teams.

We’re looking for an Events Marketing Manager who is passionate about the Wise Mission - Money without borders. Your Mission:

Lead Management & Reporting:

We’re looking for a Regional Employee Relation (ER) Lead to join our ER team in the Singapore office. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission and assist our Wisers, Leads and teams in delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the entire ‘Wiser’ journey.

Your mission: 

As one team, our Employee Relations’ (part of People Services) vision is to create fast, convenient, transparent Wiser support, powered by smart tech and human advice. To help us get there, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to own Employee Relations (ER) matters across APAC, providing important insights and sound recommendations for policy and process changes, and ensuring key stakeholders are continually informed of legislation, law and regulation updates.

A bit about the role

We are looking for an Internal Audit Senior Manager for the non-financial Risk & Regulatory portfolio to join our fast growing IA team. 

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of internal audits within the non-financial Risk & Regulatory portfolio at Wise, and collaborating internally and externally with partnering firms. You will make recommendations to improve governance, risk management and internal controls. You will also play a vital role in performing audit plan development and risk assessment activities in the portfolio. You will be responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the operational activities of the team as well as completing your own tasks.

The role presents a great opportunity to focus on the development and delivery of audit engagements in a fast paced environment, focussed on data driven audit techniques and continuous monitoring. Relevant experience working in assurance, risk or control roles and deploying technology enabled assurance is key to driving the internal audit agenda.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Internal Audit branch of the Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team at Wise.

You’ll partner with Internal Audit (IA) to develop and implement the analytics strategy across the function.

Internal Audit serves as an independent 3rd line of defence that oversees and provides an independent assessment and reasonable assurance on the effectiveness of the company’s corporate governance structure + internal controls. 

The IA Analytics team supports IA by using analytics to provide more coverage, efficiency and accuracy to audit testing, as well as building innovative tools and using automation to support continuous testing and other IA activities beyond the annual audit plan.

We are seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Officer (FC CO) for Singapore. You shall be responsible for the Company’s ML/TF/PF compliance and oversight of financial crime-related areas (e.g., fraud, bribery and corruption, etc.). This includes developing policies, monitoring transactions, training staff, and reporting to regulatory bodies. Your role will report into the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) Singapore.

As a Treasury Markets Associate joining the Treasury Markets team in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to manage Wise’s portfolio of currency risk, develop hedging strategies as well as be involved in broader Treasury markets risk management functions. You will also have the chance to work with our Cash and Asset Management team to identify and implement yield generating opportunities as well as product teams to enable customer flow.

Your Mission:

• Manage group-wide FX risks, liquidity trades and projects as part of a Global Markets Team
• Dedicated focus on hedging activities including our in-house Cross-Correlation Strategy across FX products in the APAC timezone
• Work closely with our Data Science team to develop new tooling and hedging strategies for FX risk management
• Collaborate with Treasury Liquidity Operations to optimise funding accounts in APAC
• Manage relationships with international banks and counterparties across APAC, negotiating prices and optimising trades
• Participate in initiatives to improve dealing approach, policies, controls, and systems
• Provide analysis and reporting on dealing activities, working closely with the cash and asset management team for yield optimisation across fixed income products
• Support new currency and product launches, ensuring efficient risk management
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to automate risk management strategies and enhance control frameworks

Your mission

The APAC Policy/GR Lead will be the first point of contact for APAC government relations/policy and lead activity to influence policy decisions that improve the outcomes for customers, through greater competition and lower prices. Wise will be a dual-listed US-UK company by the time you take up the role, having recently moved its primary listing to the US, so navigating this will present an additional context that will be very new to the company.

You’ll know how to navigate the APAC political landscape in order to generate policy outcomes to benefit our customers. With a focus on the issues of access to payments systems and price transparency, you’ll have to navigate political and industry dynamics, through building coalitions and advancing compelling arguments.

You will represent Wise in industry groups and civil society organizations, prepare and brief Wise executives for policymaker meetings, and translate complex policy developments to cross-team colleagues and Wise leadership. You will be an advocate for our G20 Scorecard Reports, and for making progress on direct access and price transparency, the two pillars of the G20 Cross Border Payments Roadmap.

You’ll sit within the global Government Relations (policy) team and will manage two direct reports, one in Singapore and one in India. You will primarily work with banking, PR, product, compliance and legal colleagues, as well as other GR colleagues.

Experience required:

• 10+ years’ experience in public policy and government relations, in public and/or private sectors.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a lead, and a record of development of their direct reports
• A strong track record of impactful activity in political/policy/government in the financial services industry, relevant government departments, or regulatory authorities.
• Clear alignment with Wise’s Mission
• Polished speaker and writer, with the gravitas to represent Wise at a senior level

Nice to haves:

• Experience in fintech/finance with payments/banking;

As part of this role, you will

• Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and partners across the APAC region integrating Wise, primarily post-sale

• Support business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features

• Assist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements

• Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team

• Ensure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisions

• Work on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges

• Improve integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations

• Collaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnerships

• Enhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel

• Design and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when needed

• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, supporting the API team with complex problems
