TalentVibes seeks a highly motivated freelance recruiter to source, interview, and place candidates, and develop new business. This remote role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and interview candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and engaging with new clients.
Requirements:
- CEI Certificate is a must
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational & time management skills.
- Prior recruitment experience preferred (training provided).
- No basic, fully on commission.
