Key areas ofresponsibilities:

•Reporting to the Managing Director | Singapore, you will lead the budget process and as well as day to day financial operations

•Act as a strong business partner by providing insight and analyses to supportthe need of the business.

•Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and internal company guidelines.

•Work closely with internal audit team to manage company’s risk.

•Ensure data integrity and the appropriate process and system controls are inplace.

•Setting best practice with regards to controlling and mitigating operationaltax risk.

•Liaise with business leaders to understand service line requirements andoptimize the Finance resource deployment to assist.

•Liaise with external clients and Collier’s service providers to achievestrategic goals.

Financial Management

•Youwill lead a team of Finance Managers, Internal and External (outsource)Accountants to ensure timely and accurate book-keeping.

Ensuresaccurate and timely month end closing, Balance Sheet review and Profit and Lossreview (Full Set of Accounts).

•Coordinates with various stakeholders to prepare monthly forecasts and annualbudget.

Statutory Reporting (Audit& Taxation)

•Review the Financial Statements, Statutory reports and ensure timely andaccurate delivery of reports.

•Corporate tax preparation (ECI reporting, GST reporting, corporate taxreporting)

Internal Control &System Integration

• Review and improve accounting and finance processesfor better workflow, efficiency, and controls.

• Manage and supervise daily operations andperformance of the team to ensures a sound system of internal control for thedepartment.

• Participate in the financial system integrationprocess with global team.  

• Determine resource requirements andmonitor existing and new client engagements.

•Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

•At least 7 years of relevant experience in a commercial environment

•Holds a professional accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA,CIMA or similar) Strong knowledge of Singapore tax law, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley

•Ability to build relationships at all levels of business, both internally andexternally

•Proven track record in investment property management, in particular working onbehalf of institutional investors, including a thorough understanding of commoncommercial & industrial leasing practices, legislation, procedures, andterminology.

•Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills to generate informationthat provides sound business decisions.

•Excellent organisational and time management skills – ability to handlemultiple tasks and prioritise.

•Excellent presentation skills, high attention to detail, ensuring production ofconsistent, quality internal and external reporting and client submissions.

Assisting Project Lead for on-time delivery, within budget and to the required quality standard

• Assisting the Project Lead for resourcing effectively and managing client stakeholder relationships within the wider team and affiliated teams/groups

• Functional role as process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants

• Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation

• Sending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup

• Assisting the Project Lead with risk management of reporting

• Monitoring and reporting progress and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders

• Working with main vendors and sub-vendors

• Assisting the Project Lead to work and communicate directly with client for all projects deliverable

• Liaise and manage the co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (third part suppliers, client internal stakeholders, partners, etc.) and ensure the smooth running of projects

• Adhere to the process guidelines set out b the department to manage all projects and responsibilities within the team

• Work with the Operations Lead, Business Lead & Project Lead to continuously improve the way we work, from beginning to end, thorough documentation, processes and industry-leading best practices

• Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage accordingly

• Manage change control and escalating issues to the Project Lead where necessary

• Provide regular status reports to the Project and/or Operation Lead

• Ensure that each step of the project is on-time and within budget as per project execution plan

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Data Management (In‑Office – ~50%)

• Input and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate market data related to commercial office buildings across Singapore
• Research and compile information on:
  • Estimated office floor areas and building specifications
  • Tenant occupancy and tenant mix
  • Landlord and property management contact details obtained through online and public sources
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates of internal databases
• Support the Office Services team with market intelligence and basic research requirements

Field Research & Building Intelligence (On‑Site – ~50%)

• Conduct building floor sweeps across the city’s commercial office buildings
• Gather on‑the‑ground intelligence including:
  • Available office space and vacancy indicators
  • Tenant signage and occupancy by floor
  • Overall quality, positioning, and condition of buildings
  • Any notable observations relevant to leasing, tenant movement, or building performance
• Provide concise summaries and insights from site visits to inform advisory and leasing activities
