MISSION:

To increase revenue from existing customer base by increasing Coface BI solutions usage within the client organization and upselling new solutions - with the objective to increase client stickiness/retention and maximizing long term revenue.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems as indicated by clients or partners.
• Prepare account plans for outlining plans to meet short, medium & long term revenue objectives
• Provide monthly forecast for the portfolio split by accounts
• Engage with key client stakeholders to increase Coface solution usage and to upsell new Coface solutions
• Monitor the portfolio proactively, highlight any anomalies and prepare recovery plans to get usage/revenue back on track
• Identify new use cases/departments to expand the Coface solutions for clients
• Track and see to closure any customer queries including complaints by providing the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
• Track and manage SLAs as per contract to ensure they are within the agreed limits
• Deliver to clients and partners final Contracts, Endorsements, and invoices and handle any questions related to these documents
• Be responsible for negotiations with clients on renewal of contracts and pricing
• Responsible for derogation requests if required on products, contracts and pricing
• Conduct 6 monthly reviews with the client and client’s stakeholder, to clearly demonstrate Coface’s industry thought leadership and how Coface BI is an effective solution.
• Accuracy in forecasting of sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure client NPS scores meet or exceed global benchmarks.
• Support Senior Strategic Account managers on renewals, operations, and in preparation of quarterly business review.

• Drive revenue growth and retention of profitable clients while managing portfolio performance, including loss ratio and WAP. Deliver high-quality service from contract inception to build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Proactively promote Coface’s products and solutions to maximise upselling opportunities. Manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle and serve as a key contact between clients, brokers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful account renewals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular, proactive communication
• Provide responsive, high-quality service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to recommend suitable solutions

Portfolio & Revenue Management

• Drive renewal revenue, profitability, and account growth within the assigned portfolio
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and renewal plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise account value
• Monitor portfolio performance against targets and take action to optimise results

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the key point of contact between clients, brokers, and internal teams
• Provide regular updates and reports on client needs, market insights, and business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements

Operational & Compliance Excellence

• Manage contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and policy changes
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and support efficient service delivery
