• Co-ordinate guest transportation to and from the airport and ensure that accurate accounting procedures are followed in the charging of transfers. Ensure all ambassadors are adhering to the Accor Driving Policy and Mobile workers policy
• Each concierge has a direct responsibility to ensure the safety and security of Hotel Guests and their property whilst staying at the Hotel.
• Concierge will keep up to date with accurate, helpful information that will benefit Hotel Guests in respect of hotel and local facilities and attractions.
• Any other reasonable request assigned by your manager.
• Leading the team, allocating duties and performance management.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience

RECEPTION:

Registration of patients ( using the Clinic Management System)

Manage the queue system.

Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments for clinic patients and specialist referral appointments.

Computer literate- able to operate the Clinic Management System

Able to trace and file case notes.

CLINIC DUTIES:

Able to wear Personal Protection Equipment when required.

Dispense medication ( under supervision ) and collection of payment( cash and cashless)

Able to operate the cash register and cashless payment system.

Able to resolve daily accounts at the end of operation.

Assist the doctor in certain procedures.

Able to clean and sterilise medical equipment.

Assist in cleaning and disinfection of the clinic premises when required.

Handle incoming stock( Update CMS system), stock take medication and medical supplies.

Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Growth

As an Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Growth, you will look after driving regional Ecommerce campaign performance and achieving sales targets. This role involves coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders across various countries to ensure seamless execution and success. A critical aspect of this position is leveraging strong analytical skills to set campaign targets and KPIs, rigorously tracking performance, and proactively developing additional strategies as needed. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough post-mortem analyses following campaigns and contributing to the success of future campaigns. 

Additionally, this role will dedicate will spearhead Ecommerce growth initiatives specifically for the Philippines market. What the day will look like

• Broking, advisory and servicing of the Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) business clienteles jointly or severally with the team
