What you will do

The incumbent is responsible for the smooth administrative operations at Day Hospice Centre. He or She assists the Assistant Day Center Manager to look after the patients with life limiting illnesses referred to the Day Hospice. He or She must demonstrate the ability to care, to communicate effectively with the patients and/or caregivers they are serving. He/she is to ensure holistic and Person-Centred care are delivered to all patients. RESPONSIBILITIES

· To porter clients, such as from the various departments (day care blocks) to the rehab department in accordance to clients’ treatment schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

· At a minimum completion of Secondary education or equivalent

· WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certificate preferred.

· Experience in caring for clients with dementia preferred.
