Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time General Manager to lead operations, build our brand, and foster community engagement in a small, dynamic bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations, ensuring high product quality, staff training, and excellent customer satisfaction

• Manage HR functions including payroll and Front-of-House hiring to maintain a skilled and motivated team

• Oversee internal accounting tasks such as processing invoices and managing profit and loss statements

• Identify and implement improvements to operational and backend processes for business efficiency

• Train and supervise Front-of-House staff to maintain service standards and team performance, should the need arise

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in F&B

• At least 3 years’ experience in Front-of-House customer service in a fast-paced F&B setting

• Comfortable working in a start-up environment with exposure to multiple business areas including HR, marketing, and accounting

Managing Housekeeping Operations

• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Works effectively with the Engineering department on guestroom maintenance needs.
• Supervises the property general cleaning schedule.
• Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
