• Involve in Risk Management Team.
• Conduct EHS training and tool-boxmeetings.
• Conduct regular site checks and takesappropriate corrective actions.
• Compiles all relevant reports andrecords and carry out daily safety inspection.
• Prepare necessary safety report asrequested.
• Supervising and checking site work.Ensure all lifting gears, appliances, electrical equipment are inspected andrecords are up to date.
• Implement rules and regulations forin house worker’s dormitory.
• Maintain a daily working relationshipwith the WSH team and with line management and supervision and subcontractorsrelative to their compliance with the provisions of the WSH and regulatoryrequirements.
• To assist in the investigationaccident / incidents. Prepare monthly safety report.
• Responsibility for all the sitematters including safety and other matters.
• Perform duties in accordance to theroles and responsibility as stated in the Workplace Safety, Health, andEnvironment Management System.
• Liaise and work closely withcontractors.
• Monitor worker trainings, enrol andupdate of all workers’ related course or matters as directed by ProjectDirector / HR.
• Conduct or assist in new hire andon-boarding, orientation and/or off-boarding, including interviewing workers;conduct exit interview with HR and/or PD to identify reasons for termination.
• Any other duties assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time

Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works

Perform cleaning at various sites

Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities

Liaise with Project Manager

Prepare and submit tender quotations

Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.

Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality

Document any safety incidents or hazards observed during operations

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Review, manage, and ensure compliance with project contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements.
• Handle contractual issues with authorities, chair contract meetings, and resolve claims or disputes.
• Prepare variation orders, final accounts, and correspondence with authorities, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor contract progress, submission of claims, valuation certificates, and maintain project variation control systems.
• Provide guidance to the project team on contractual obligations, interpret terms and conditions, and advise on risk management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in construction contract management in Commercial/Mixed-Use Development Projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to project plans and schedules.

• Liaise with project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports, highlighting delays, risks, and solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site procedures, and local authority requirements.

• Maintain and organize site documentation, including permits, drawings, inspection reports, and work records

• Coordinate delivery and usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays or shortages.

• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards and workmanship meet project specifications.

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.

• Support site meetings, toolbox talks, and briefings to ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

• Assist in workforce coordination, including scheduling workers and subcontractors efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction , Civil Engineering, or a related field or Construction Experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.

• Knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety regulations.

• Familiarity with local authority requirements and permits.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting.

• Able to workday or night shift.

• Willing to work 6 days

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work with Consultants, Subcontractors, Structural & M&E team to resolve any technical and site issues.
• Study & analyze Consultants' Drawings & Material Specifications in line with Building Code and Authority Requirement.
• Understand the schematic diagram of the services such as fire services, plumbing services, ACMV services and electrical services.
• To ensure the installation of all services follow the right sequence and also latest drawing before check by RTO inspection.
• Monitoring and arrange working schedule for sub-con to start their work according to the schedule given.
• Instruct and liaise with team on shop drawing standards, requirements and details.
• Check drawings in line with authority requirements for submission & approval
• Attend project coordination meetings/technical meeting and sub-con meeting, etc.
• Liaise with teams on material status, specification clarifications, potential VO, etc.
• Monitor and assist in documentation / schedule of shop drawings / materials / fittings / equipment schedule & site progress, etc.
• Coordinate with construction team for implementation at site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years experience in relevant field
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours
