We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our engineering service operations and manage a team of technicians handling preventive maintenance and breakdown services across multiple sites.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and operational management experience within the commercial kitchen equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the service department, including manpower deployment, job scheduling, and technical oversight.

• Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance programs and emergency breakdown services across multiple commercial kitchen sites.

Job Requirements

Experience

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in servicing commercial kitchen equipment, industrial cooking appliances, or food service engineering systems.

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing technical service teams in the hospitality or food service equipment industry.

• Proven experience supervising multi-site service operations involving preventive maintenance contracts and emergency repair services.

Technical Knowledge

Job Summary

This role will be part of the Group Treasury team, responsible for month-end treasury reporting, derivatives valuation, risk analysis, and Treasury Management System implementation, while driving process improvements and ensuring robust controls over treasury operations.

Job Description

Month end / Reporting

• Explore data analytics and robotic functionalities for month end activity and reporting
• Perform valuations for Derivatives (FX and interest rates) on Reval and Bloomberg including variance analysis
• Investigate rate fixings differences on TMS for loans and derivatives with float component

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Led a team of Senior / Foodcourt Manager in achieving sales targets and overall performance of outlets
• Provide guidance to Senior / Foodcourt Manager and F&B Supervisor to maintain smooth daily operations of the Foodcourts and Coffeeshops
