JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

An App Store Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of mobile apps on platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will also coordinate with developers and product teams to ensure timely and successful app launches.

A key responsibility is to monitor app store performance, including downloads, ratings, rankings, and user feedback. You will track how the app is performing in the store and identify opportunities to improve visibility and engagement. This may include suggesting improvements to app titles, descriptions, keywords, or visuals to help increase discoverability.

Another important part of the role is ensuring compliance with app store guidelines. You will check that the app meets all technical and policy requirements before submission to avoid rejections or delays. This includes reviewing content, permissions, and update notes to ensure everything follows platform rules.

The App Store Operations Executive also manages app listings and ensures they are regularly updated. This involves updating promotional content, managing seasonal changes, and ensuring all information reflects the latest version of the app.
