The Datacenter leasing Senior Technical Program Manager will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of leased datacenters globally. The senior TPM will project manage technical and delivery alignment between Microsoft requirements and Lessor’s proposal, handle escalations, and close technical and delivery gaps as the primary point of contact between internal and external parties.

Working closely with Data Center Engineering (DCE), the role will evaluate lessor’s design proposal against technical requirements and mitigate non-compliance through technical and commercial solutions. The senior TPM will act as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) and will provide global program support.

This position will project manage the lease technical due diligence, offering SME support, technical guidance, and decision-making. It also involves evaluating feasibility, costs, scheduling, risks, and site limitations. The senior TPM will support program efficiency through process improvements affecting related (Objective and Key Result) OKRs.

The senior TPM needs excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, extensive knowledge in data center design, engineering, controls, and operations, and significant experience in project/construction management and the data center lease market.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide global program support.
• Drive technical solutions for leased datacenters in partnership with Microsoft’s and Lessor’s core engineering teams.
• Evaluate lessor’s design proposal against technical requirements and mitigate non-compliance through technical and commercial solutions.
• Assesses lessor’s compliance through review of technical documents, site assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders during construction, RFS, and operations handover to unblock any technical issues risking the on-time delivery of Datacenter to customers.
• Drive cost impact analysis on non-compliance and specification changes. Escalate and provide visibility and feedback to leadership on cost drivers.
• Partner with Microsoft Engineering, Integration, Security, Operations, and Energy teams on resolution management.
• Drive partner accountability on contractual milestones and commercial commitments
• Own overall schedule tracking, risk identification, blockers, and mitigation for the assigned projects; creating clear visibility for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom Engineering, or related technical field AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, operations, commissioning or technical program management
• 3+ years’ experience managing cross functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of experience in data center design, infrastructure, and critical environments.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems with a focus on Datacenter integration and performance.
• Familiarity with key industry standards and best practices, including ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, ANSI, and NFPA.
• Familiarity with high-density power and cooling solutions, sustainability initiatives, and emerging technologies for AI workloads.

OverviewThe App Feedback & QA Operations Specialist owns the process of collecting, analyzing, and acting on user feedback and managing quality assurance operations for mobile and web applications. This role ensures product quality, improves user experience, and accelerates issue resolution by coordinating across product, engineering, support, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate user feedback from in-app tools, app store reviews, support tickets, usability sessions, surveys, social media, and analytics.
• Triage incoming feedback to identify bugs, usability issues, feature requests, and priority trends.
• Run and maintain QA test cycles: create test plans, write and execute test cases (manual and exploratory), log defects, and verify fixes.
• Coordinate regression, release, and smoke testing for frequent app builds and production releases.
• Reproduce and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, screenshots/videos, environment details, and severity/priority assessment.
• Maintain and improve feedback and QA workflows, tools, and dashboards to reduce cycle time and improve visibility.
• Prioritize issues with product and engineering based on impact, user reach, and business objectives.
• Communicate status, risks, and root-cause findings to stakeholders; facilitate bug review and post-release retrospectives.
