What You’ll Do:

• Enhanced QC / inspection at Tengah
• Managing and supervision of CCS rectification works for out of warranty Dwelling Units (DUs) which include technical assessments,  implementation of CCS rectification works (eg PU works, localised rectifications etc)
• Supervision of Fan Coil Unit (FCU) servicing works, and rapid response for Tengah customers with CCS issues
• Supervision of the dismantling of FCUs for Sales of Balance Dus

A Mobile App Customer Feedback Analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analysing user feedback related to mobile applications. In this role, you will regularly monitor feedback from multiple sources, such as app store reviews (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), in-app surveys, customer support tickets, and social media comments. Mobile App Risk & Compliance Analyst – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Review mobile app features, updates, and processes to ensure compliance with data protection laws, privacy regulations, and platform policies such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines
• Identify and assess potential risks including data security vulnerabilities, privacy concerns, unauthorized access, and misuse of user information within mobile applications
• Report identified risks to relevant teams promptly to enable effective mitigation and resolution
• Monitor compliance during app updates and new feature releases by reviewing documentation, testing app behavior, and collaborating with development and product teams

12. Inspect the quality of workmanship, materials, and samples delivered to site; initiate corrective actions for any non-compliance and report to the Resident Engineer (RE) or Qualified Person (QP) for materials not meeting specifications

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in design or construction related field from University/Polytechnic
- Minimum 5 years relevant local building construction experience as Architectural RTO
- Must have experience in Singapore construction and have capability to supervise architectural and interiors works

- Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate is an advantage but not compulsory

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Expected to know the prevailing Building Control Act, Building Control Regulations, etc, and be conversant with all the requirements concerning supervision, quality control, reports and other documentation.

Qualification:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.

Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
