What you'll be doing

• Lead and execute end-to-end healthcare research, evaluation, and data analysis projects

• Develop and support evaluation frameworks, research methodologies, and analytical approaches

• Conduct statistical analysis on healthcare and operational datasets to support decision-making

• Translate stakeholder needs into structured research questions and analytics solutions

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualisation outputs

• Ensure adherence to data governance, research ethics, and data protection standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on healthcare research and data-driven initiatives

• Design and implement data workflows and automation for reporting and research efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics/ Research/ Sciences or related studies

• 2 – 4 years of working experience in healthcare research/ evaluation/ data analytics roles

• Strong background in healthcare research methodologies/ programme evaluation/ applied statistics

• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent statistical/ visualisation tools

• Experience in designing or supporting research studies, surveys, or evaluation frameworks

• Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience

• Ability to communicate complex research findings clearly and effectively

• Good understanding of data governance, research ethics, and data protection principles

• Prior experience in healthcare, public health, or clinical research environments is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Engage business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to drive project delivery from planning through execution
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination
• Provide clear updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Assess current credit risk / collections processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Design end-to-end workflows across digital and operational touchpoints
• Develop user stories with sufficient detail for development and estimation
• Ensure consistency and quality of documentation and requirements

Solution Design & Delivery Support

• Collaborate with system analysts, architects, and UI/UX teams on solution design
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning discussions
• Identify dependencies and ensure readiness across impacted teams
• Incorporate non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, compliance)
• Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate business requirements

Operational & Risk Considerations

• Evaluate operational impacts of changes and support readiness planning
• Monitor and manage risks such as scope creep or misalignment
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and governance standards

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within credit risk, lending, or collections domains
• Strong understanding of credit processes (e.g., loans, cards, repayment, delinquency management, risk monitoring)
• Experience in process analysis, workflow design, and business transformation initiatives
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
