The Role
We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who can be part of the APJ sales support team. He/She will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve specific goals in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create sales proposals to meet customer’s expectations
- Support sales team with timely quotations
- Handle inter-company quotations
- Ensure that the business unit achieves the desired gross profit
- Manage the sales administration process by working with finance/admin team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Ensure sales, finance and legal requirements are met
- Align sales and delivery expectations
- Handle the outsourcing of services
- Manage and grow partner and vendor relationships
Requirements
- Possesses a Diploma/bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field
- Proven, relevant work experience in ICT environment
- Hands on experience with CRM & ERP software and MS Tools
- Possesses in-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Has excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Global mindset and is culturally-sensitive
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
