Management Trainee Responsibilities
Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
Understand company policies, protocols, and processes.
Take detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
Prepare documents and updating records.
Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
Travel to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively both individually and in a team
Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn, question and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
