Job Profile Summary
CDL Management Trainee Programme is a 12-month structured early careers programme. The programme aims to offer exposure to various business areas so that the Management Trainee (MT) can gain a better overview of CDL’s business and be equipped for future leadership roles in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
MTs will be rotated through core CDL businesses for a period of 4-months each during the 12-month programme, as well as be assigned with additional special projects outside of their attached department/division to enhance their development. Upon completion of the programme, the Management Trainee will return to the Home department.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree and above, or early career professionals with less than 2 years' experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to adapt in complex and fast paced environments
- Go-getter with leadership potential
- Sound business judgement and learning agility
