Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and general IT issues
  • Support internet, Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems
  • Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers, email accounts and software applications
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors when required
  • Provide IT administrative work

Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365
  • Able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, organized and service-oriented
