What The Role Is
You are responsible for shaping and advancing Singapore's defence technological interests with partner countries.
What You Will Be Working On
- Develop comprehensive strategies to advance collaboration with partner countries in technological programmes
- Perform horizon scanning on emerging trends and technologies
- Manage bilateral engagements with international defence stakeholders in-country and overseas
- Monitor geopolitical, security, and technological developments
- Advise senior leadership on implications and opportunities for defence technology collaboration

- Operating in a very fast-paced and dynamic work environment
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Science, Engineering, Political Science, International Relations, History, or any related field
- At least 6 years of experience in policy planning, defence acquisition, and technology scanning is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally for work
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with international stakeholders
