As a Hybrid Bonding Technology Development Engineer, you will be responsible for...

• Designing, collecting data, analyzing, and compiling reports on difficult process engineering experiments. Measuring film and surface properties, and interpreting data.
• Optimizing process to push product performance to HW limit.
• Generating innovative ideas to tackle challenges in hybrid bonding enablement. Guiding engineering on prototyping. Performing hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems.
• Implementing new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Troubleshooting complex problems, performing root cause analysis, and resolving a variety of difficult process engineering issues.
• Generating internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicating and engaging with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues or concerns, under limited supervision.
• Identifying, selecting, and partnering with vendors and suppliers.
• Serving as a resource for junior colleagues; lead project teams, as needed

What you already have...

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Higher education is a bonus.
• 3-7 years of related experience .
• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Innovative & can think out of the box. Passionate on going through iterative process/hardware development testing & learning cycles.
