Introduction
Device development for advanced embedded non-volatile memory technologies.
Your Role
- Detailed characterization of NVM devices, including FeFET, cells and arrays
- Design of new device test structures and development of new test methodologies
- Layout of test structures (devices, cells and arrays)
- Post-processing and analysis of test data from experimental lots.
- Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing
- Responsible for developing process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
- Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
- Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
- Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
- Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
Requirements
- Degree or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh Degree or Master’s degree holders with relevant experience may apply
- Programming skills – LabVIEW, Visual Basic, C++
- Familiarity with layout and design rules
- Aptitude for programming
- Good understanding of device physics
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
