Wine Adore is building a modern wine experience through curated products, immersive wine tastings, and a growing digital ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
We're looking for a
Warehouse & Wine Experience Specialist to support our warehouse operations while delivering exceptional wine tasting experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and engaging directly with people in a premium hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming wine inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
- Prepare wines, glassware, and showroom for tasting sessions
- Welcome and host customers during wine tasting experiences
- Guide guests through curated wine selections and tasting notes
- Recommend wines based on customer preferences and occasions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting wine sales
- Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Based in Singapore or legally eligible to work in Singapore
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Comfortable handling physical inventory and standing for extended periods when required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Willing to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and other scheduled weekends for wine tasting events
- Passion for wine, hospitality, or premium lifestyle products is an advantage (training will be provided)
