  • Benefit from a highly competitive salary package ($90,000–$97,000 plus bonus) while contributing to an organisation with a longstanding reputation for compassionate patient care and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As a Logistics Specialist – Warehouse and Distribution based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare logistics by driving transformative initiatives across warehousing, transportation, and distribution channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve authoring SOPs that set new benchmarks for operational excellence; leading high-impact optimisation projects; deploying state-of-the-art systems; analysing data to uncover actionable insights; governing cost-reduction programmes; supporting financial planning; and communicating strategic recommendations to senior leaders. Success in this role hinges on your ability to blend technical acumen with collaborative stakeholder engagement—ensuring that every process enhancement not only delivers measurable value but also aligns with the organisation’s mission to improve patient outcomes. You will thrive by embracing digital innovation, championing continuous improvement, maintaining rigorous compliance standards, and fostering strong partnerships across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Author, maintain, and govern comprehensive end-to-end fulfilment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), integrating Lean methodologies to enhance business performance across warehousing and distribution functions.
  • Lead optimisation projects within warehouse and transportation networks from initial diagnostic phases through to full-scale implementation, ensuring seamless integration with local market requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities by conducting thorough analyses and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
  • Spearhead the deployment of regional strategic initiatives such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Location-Based Services (LBS), ensuring successful adoption across all relevant markets.
  • Take ownership of overall supply chain results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying emerging trends or risks, facilitating regular performance reviews, and aligning action plans with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Govern the Supply Chain Margin Improvement Programme (MIP), holding project owners accountable for deliverables while proactively escalating any risks that may impact cost-saving targets or operational efficiency.
  • Drive governance for market-level improvement projects aimed at reducing supply chain costs as a percentage of net sales without compromising service quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate complex analyses of market challenges and opportunities to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, providing strategic roadmaps that guide focus areas for ongoing improvement.
