Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the company expansion target.
Responsibilities :
- Build and grow relationships with foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.
- Develop new accounts and explore opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Understand customers needs and recommending appropriate product solutions to meet business objectives
- Support existing clients while ensuring satisfaction, and growing revenue from established relationships.
- Manage forecasts, update CRM, and provide weekly sales reports.
- Manage the full sales cycle: follow up on leads, present solutions, prepare quotations, review customers specifications, negotiate, and provide post‑sales support through to final payment.
- Meet and achieve assigned business goals and objectives within his/ her territory.
- Travel as needed for meetings, training, trade shows, and client visits.
Your profile:
- Diploma or BS/MS degree in a technical field, business administration, or related discipline
- Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing; familiarity with inspection or metrology is an advantage
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with capital equipment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Flexible to respond during off-hours and thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor environment
