5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or database engineer.

Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent.
Good understanding of database design, SQL, indexing, stored procedures, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
Experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple environments.
Experience with data migration, ETL, bulk loading, and data validation is advantageous.
Good understanding of database security, access control, audit logging, and secure configuration.
Experience with cloud-based databases or managed database services is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work with developers, infrastructure teams, data teams, and business stakeholders.
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
