Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and reviewing of Contract Administration.
Request / sources for quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers.
Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
Handle and closing of tender for submission.
Monitor, Prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders.
Review construction subcontracts between company and subcontractors including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures.
Verifies As-Built Drawings against actual completed work before submission to the Client.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma or Tertiary education
At least 3 year working experience in the related field
Able to start immediately preferred
