Pros: The best part is definitely the people. My team and colleagues are fantastic, making collaboration easy and enjoyable. We have a hybrid work model here in San Francisco which offers good flexibility. The technical challenges in developing innovative software solutions are also very stimulating. It's a great place to be if you like problem-solving and working with smart, driven individuals.
Cons: While we have flexibility, sometimes project demands can lead to crunch times that impact work-life balance.
