Okay Place, But Growth Is Slow

Cons: Career growth is pretty slow, especially for Senior Lecturers. There aren't many opportunities for quick promotions or moving into new areas like significant curriculum development quickly. You can feel a bit stuck after a few years onsite in Singapore.
Advice to Management: Management should look into creating clearer paths for career advancement, especially for experienced academic staff. More mentorship programs or opportunities for internal transfers could help.
