Pros: As a Junior Brand Manager, the hybrid model is decent. I get two WFH days a week, which really helps with personal appointments. It's good for saving on commute time to the NYC office, especially in this corporate beauty environment.
Cons: However, the in-office days are strict; sometimes there's no real reason to be there. For brand management roles, more remote work could totally be an option. There isn't much flexibility when team meetings run late.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the mandatory in-office days. More autonomy for teams on hybrid schedules would boost morale and actual productivity. Not every meeting needs to be in-person.

Advice to Management: Try to communicate strategic changes more clearly to teams. Give middle management more autonomy and support to execute on new directives. Transparency from the top would help a lot.
