Pros: I like the option for a hybrid model; it's good to see colleagues in the San Francisco office. As a Software Engineer, having a couple of WFH days helps balance personal stuff and my commute isn't too bad.
Cons: The WFH policy feels a bit strict for a big tech company. There's not much wiggle room if you need more remote days than what's allowed. Sometimes it feels like they don't fully trust us to be productive offsite.
Advice to Management: Trust your employees more with remote work options. A more flexible hybrid model or even full remote would improve morale significantly for technical roles like Software Engineer.
