Pros: The brand name is huge for your resume, especially in luxury retail. You get really good training on products and clienteling. It's a nice boutique environment to work in.
Cons: Career growth here is really tough for Sales Associate roles. There aren't many opportunities to move up, and internal promotions are rare. It feels like you're stuck unless someone retires.
Advice to Management: Create clearer paths for internal promotions. Give Sales Associates more opportunities to develop skills beyond direct selling, which could lead to management roles.
