Pay is okay, benefits need improvement
Pros: The remote work arrangement is a huge benefit; I appreciate the flexibility. The base salary for a Recruiter role in the recruitment industry is competitive enough to get by.
Cons: Health insurance costs are pretty high, and the 401k match is really low for a global staffing firm. There's not much wiggle room on salary negotiations when you're first hired.
Advice to Management: Revisit the benefits package, specifically healthcare costs and the 401k match. It would make a big difference in employee satisfaction and retention.

Decent work-life balance for a recruiter role.
Pros: The `work flexibility` for `remote` roles is pretty solid here. As a `Recruiter`, I could usually hit my numbers within regular `40-hour weeks`. It's a well-known name in the `staffing industry`, which looks good on a resume.
Cons: Sometimes clients demand late calls, which really throws off your `work-life balance`. It can feel a bit like a `sales role` with constant pressure to fill positions. `Career growth` isn't always clear; you really have to push for it yourself.
Advice to Management: Clarify career paths for `Recruiter` roles, especially for those working `remote`. Also, manage client expectations better around after-hours work to improve `work-life balance`.

Decent work-life balance for my role
Pros: The work-life balance here is generally good if you're a self-starter. As a Recruitment Consultant, I could often stick to 40-hour weeks. They offer a hybrid model which helps a lot for managing personal stuff.
Cons: Sometimes client demands can make for long days, especially closing out month-end. It's tough if your team isn't pulling their weight. There isn't much flexibility when deadlines hit.
Advice to Management: Support managers better so they can truly enforce work-life boundaries for their teams, especially for those in client-facing roles.
