Pros: You learn a lot from senior engineers here; they're super skilled in the cybersecurity industry. The team leads in the San Diego, CA office are pretty solid, especially for a new Cybersecurity Analyst. There's good job security too.
Cons: Upper management feels a bit disconnected from day-to-day operations. It's tough when strategic decisions take forever, impacting our project timelines. Communication from the top could be way better.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication strategies from senior leadership to individual contributors. Improve the feedback loop and empower mid-level managers more for faster decision-making in the corporate structure.
