Decent pay for payments industry, but benefits could improve.

Pay at NETS is generally good for the role and location, especially the base salary. Benefits are just standard, nothing to write home about.


Pros

The base salary for a Technical Support Specialist in the Singapore office is pretty competitive. They do a decent job keeping up with market rates for the payments industry. Your monthly CPF contributions are solid.


Cons

The annual bonus structure isn't very transparent and often feels arbitrary. Healthcare benefits are just okay; I've seen better at other large enterprise companies. Not much flexibility for WFH for our department.


Advice to Management

Review the bonus scheme to make it clearer and more performance-based. Look into enhancing healthcare options for employees.
