Decent for recruitment, but some long days
Pros: The hybrid model helps a lot for work-life balance. You get autonomy to manage your own desk as a Recruitment Consultant. The corporate environment is professional, and the team's generally supportive.
Cons: Expect some really long hours during peak periods, especially chasing targets. It can be tough to completely switch off; client and candidate calls often spill into evenings. The pressure for talent acquisition KPIs makes a consistent 9-5 hard.
Advice to Management: Try to acknowledge and reward high performance without constantly pushing for more hours. Better support for managing workload during crunch times would help.

Decent Work-Life, But Expect Long Hours
Pros: The brand recognition in the recruitment industry is a huge plus. You get access to solid training and a decent network in the Singapore office. There's a good team environment, which makes the tough days bearable.
Cons: Work-life balance for a Recruitment Consultant is definitely a challenge. Expect to put in long hours, especially when chasing quarterly targets. Even with WFH options, it's hard to truly switch off, the pressure is constant.
