Software Developer

Hybrid setup is fine, needs more options
Pros: As a Software Developer in the London office, the hybrid model works for many of us. Coming in three days a week allows for good team collaboration on our financial software projects. It's a stable company in the industry.
Cons: The work-from-home policy isn't very flexible beyond the standard days. There aren't many truly remote positions available, which can be a challenge. Flexibility really depends on your direct manager too.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more fully remote options for certain roles, especially for senior tech staff. Standardize flexibility policies so it doesn't vary so much by team or manager.

Implementation Consultant

Okay Flexibility for Implementation Roles
Pros: They've got a decent hybrid model, so you aren't stuck onsite every day. We usually got 2 days WFH, which was nice for life outside work. Are the 40-hour weeks respected? Mostly, yes, which is good for work-life balance.
Cons: True remote work isn't a thing for an Implementation Consultant here. You often need to be in the New York office or with clients. It's tough to shift your schedule much beyond the hybrid setup, which can be limiting.
Advice to Management: Think about more flexibility for non-client facing days. It would boost morale, especially for those not always in the office.
