In this role, you will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Human Resources Information System. You will collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline HR processes through effective system solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to translate them into efficient system functionalities.
1. System Development
· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather system requirements.
· Design, develop, test, and deploy HRIS modules and enhancements.
· Customize and configure HRIS software to meet specific business needs.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS.
2. Integration and Automation:
· Integrate HRIS with other software applications and platforms.
· Develop and maintain data interfaces between HRIS and external systems.
· Implement automation to streamline HR processes and reduce manual efforts.
3. Maintenance and Support:
· Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely resolution.
· Keep the HRIS up to date with the latest patches and updates.
· Provide technical support to HR and end-users as needed.
4. Data Analytics:
· Utilize HRIS data to generate reports, dashboards, and analytics.
· Assist HR in data-driven decision-making processes.
· Compliance and Security:
· Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations.
· Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
Qualifications:
Study in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 years hands-on experience in web application development on C# .NET platform using .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Web API and AngularJS.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS Language and their standard practices.
Experience with database management and SQL.
Knowledge of data integration and API development.
Familiarity with Azure PowerShell and MS Azure will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in HR knowledge (Singapore's employment laws and regulations) will be an added advantage.
Experience with cloud based HRIS solutions is preferred.
