The Analyst 1 (Warehouse) drives execution and improvement of warehouse operations through data-driven insights, digital tools, and process optimization. This role contributes from day one by enabling real-time operational visibility, strengthening data integrity, and supporting decision-making.

The Analyst plays an active role in transforming warehouse operations from manual processes to automated, intelligent, and connected workflows—improving efficiency, reducing cycle time, and enhancing inventory control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extract, structure, and validate WMS/ERP data to ensure high data integrity and usability for operations.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and visual management tools for operational monitoring (e.g., GR TAT, WO cycle time, WARS, productivity).
• Monitor operational flows (inbound, kitting, outbound, replenishment) and proactively highlight risks or bottlenecks impacting performance.
• Identify data anomalies, system gaps, or transaction failures and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Support inventory accuracy through data-driven variance analysis and root cause identification.
• Ensure visibility and control of exceptions (MRB/damaged/expired) through structured tracking and resolution mechanisms.

As a Compliance (Transaction Surveillance) Analyst, you will be performing live transaction screening and investigations to continually safeguard YouTrip’s reputation and customer funds.

You will:

• Analyze and review live transactions within SLA that were flagged, identify trends & patterns that may signify suspicious or fraudulent activities, with knowledge of regulatory expectations.
• Assess potential name hits against sanctions lists to determine the acceptance or rejection of the transaction. 
• Establish any fraudulent patterns/indicators that may indicate that the account is compromised and/or in relation to scam related typologies. 
• Be the Subject Matter Expert in Complyadvantage (Screening Tool), and support any enhancement/process related workflows. 
• Handle resolution of confirmed suspicious cases, including assisting to reach out to affected customers and internal teams for further investigation. 
• Collaborate with Compliance and other key business functions to ensure a smooth end-to-end internal process to achieve customer satisfaction and safeguard company’s and users’ interests.
• Escalate to the compliance team whenever required upon true hits and/or suspicion, with a clear report that describes the rationale of escalation and the impact of the hit. (i.e. sanctions concerns, AML concerns or Fraud Concerns)
• As the required coverage is Daily - weekend work will be required.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Android Engineering Intern to join our mobile team. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build, test, and ship features that impact our users. This is a hands-on role where you will write real code, participate in code reviews, and learn how to build scalable mobile applications in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose

Rapsodo is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support our customers across Japan and international markets, based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

You will be the first point of contact for athletes, coaches, and everyday users—owning issues end-to-end and ensuring every customer receives a high-quality, consistent Rapsodo experience across regions.

This is not a transactional support role, and this is not a fully built, highly structured environment. We are scaling our international markets at pace, and this role offers the opportunity to play a hands-on part in building and shaping our systems, processes, and customer experience from the ground up.

We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, adaptable, and energized by building. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking initiative, and bringing structure to a fast-evolving environment.

You will need to communicate with clarity and precision across both English and Japanese, troubleshoot effectively, and take full ownership of issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support across Japan and international markets
• Respond to and manage inbound support cases across email, phone, chat, and ticketing systems
• Provide support in both English and Japanese, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Rapsodo products
• Own customer issues end-to-end, including problem definition, resolution, and high-quality escalation when required
• Prioritize, manage, and close tickets within defined service levels using platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales to resolve issues efficiently
• Route sales-related inquiries to the appropriate team members where relevant
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to reducing support volume through documentation, feedback loops, and process improvements
• Contribute to building and improving support processes, workflows, and internal knowledge bases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in customer support or service, preferably in a technology or consumer product environment
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above - spoken and written). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and customer focus
• Willingness to learn and develop a deeper understanding of products and systems

• Perform routine laboratory tests on milling, batching, packing samples, and raw materials according to SOP, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Report any quality defects or arising issues to the superior for further action.
