Development Analyst is part of the APAC R&D Department and supports product development and adaptation activities across regional and global projects. This entry-level role provides exposure to core R&D processes, including specification creation, sensory testing, trials, and basic project execution, under the guidance of a team lead or manager.

This role collaborates with cross-functional partners within R&D, including Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Food Safety & Quality, and Innovation Technology, and works with regional and global stakeholders as required. The Development Analyst takes a hands-on approach to support trials, tastings, and data collection, contributing to projects that support future portfolio growth.

• Represents R&D in simple Adapt for Excellence projects.
• Lead simple adaptation products under guidance of the team lead or manger within a defined scope, budget and timeline.
• Create, update maintain specifications in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Execute sensory tests, including sample preparation, test setup, data collection, and basic analysis.
• Support R&D sensory testing
• Support laboratory, pilot plant, and factory trials through hands-on participation, coordination, and documentation.

Main Tasks

• Support the Technical Department in managing product certifications and related documentation (e.g. Green Label, SPAN, SIRIM, and third-party laboratory certifications).

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external laboratories on product testing, certification submissions, and follow up activities.

• Provide administrative support to the Technical Department, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PR), requesting quotations, preparing SGAN documentation, and maintaining records in SIP.

• Maintain and update technical documents, reports, and records to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

• Assist the R&D team with laboratory activities such as product testing, sample preparation, and maintaining laboratory equipment and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role

Develop, review, and update AML/CTF policies and procedures in line with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC)

Comprehensive understanding of the AML/CTF Act 2006, coupled with knowledge of AUSTRAC regulatory requirements and pertinent obligations set forth by ASIC.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Online Operations Manager to lead EPOS’s online commerce growth across marketplaces and digital channels. This role will own day-to-day performance of platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and future online channels, while leveraging AI tools and automation to scale operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate comes from strong marketplace backgrounds such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or fast-growing eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Performance

• Own monthly revenue, traffic, conversion and profitability targets across online channels
• Plan and execute platform campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11 etc.)
• Improve AOV, repeat purchase and category growth

Marketplace Operations

• Ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions and stock availability
• Manage platform health metrics, seller performance and customer ratings
• Optimize store merchandising and product discoverability

Data & Reporting

• Build daily / weekly dashboards for sales and channel performance
• Analyse traffic sources, SKU movement, campaign ROI and competitor actions
• Provide insights and action plans to management

AI & Automation

• Introduce AI tools to improve operations productivity
• Automate reporting workflows and repetitive tasks
• Implement AI chat support / content generation / forecasting where relevant

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with supply chain, customer service, finance, marketing and product teams
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and fulfilment readiness

• 5+ years experience in eCommerce / Marketplace Operations
• Strong commercial mindset with proven sales growth track record
• Data-driven and comfortable with Excel / BI dashboards
• Fast-moving, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Job description

• This role requires working from the office, as it is a hub-based position.
• Handle daily customers’ incoming and outgoing calls, emailing.
• Perform ID verification and follow up documents with customers for delivery of report on timely basis.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ request.
• Regular feedback to the management customer’s comments, feedbacks on our products and services.
• Exercise basic salesmanship to promote/ upsell all relevant products to increase the business revenue.
• Assist in new product testing, implementation and launches.
• Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
