Main Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests.

The Senior Business Planner is responsible for managing end to end supply and demand planning while driving on time delivery (OTD), revenue plan attainment, and days of inventory (DOI) targets.

The Senior Packaging Engineer will lead packaging development and qualification activities for WD's HDD and Flash storage products. • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Development and Inclusion, other HR teams, and functional business leaders across all WDC sites, to identify skill gaps, behavioral change needs, and involve them in designing solutions.

Role:

1.1 Maintenance Technician - To support production on routing shift and performing preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting on equipment & machinery and do method solving & problem on machines at production lines.

Job Scope:

2.1 Conduct basic Repair / troubleshoot machines problem at production line with assist from Technicians 2, 3 or 4.

2.2 Assists in the installation of new equipment and machines.

2.3 To create, execute & update Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance for line equipment, machines, and jig/fixtures according to Master Schedule List per Standard defined.

2.4 To liaise with Maintenance Section or Engineer for maintenance plan and spare parts Availability/replacement/controlling.

2.5 Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.

2.6 Documents work performed and preventive maintenance records.

2.7 To provide verbal & written communication on equipment downtime, improvement, and document it for future reference.

2.8 To ensure the design and the utilization of the machines & equipment are made according with all the Safety features / regulation.

2.9 To ensure 5s is being carried out at workplace and follow Safety Rules & Regulation during work being carried out.

2.10 To support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by direct superior and other technicians from time to time.

• Participate on IoT-enabled automation and integration projects for smart factory and industry 4.0 implementation.
• Learn on fundamentals of semiconductor processes and their application in real-world.
• Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, optimize processes and improvements.
• Create reports and visualizations using software tools like Excel, JMP and Galaxy Examinator.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, gaining an understanding of entire workflow from design to execution.

• Gain practical exposure to semiconductor product and test engineering operations.
• Develop the ability to analyze production data to identify yield issues or abnormal test trends.
• Understand the workflow between product engineering, test engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Participate in troubleshooting and improvement activities related to test programs and production performance.
• Build foundational technical knowledge relevant to careers in semiconductor manufacturing and test engineering.
